One of the things you can do whilst you are in
Social Distancing mode is to think about spending
some time reorganizing certain aspects of your
business in order to adapt to changes or to
achieve profitability or greater efficiency.

Consider doing some research on apps/tools that
can be beneficial to your small business
here are some examples:

• Wave (for invoicing)
• Slack (for project management /
communicating with your team)
• Dropbox (for cloud based storage)
• DocuSign (for getting documents digitally signed)
• Hootsuite (for scheduling social media posts)
• Mailchimp (for mailing lists / automated emails)
• Zoom (for doing online meetings)
• Less Anoying CRM (for your database needs and
for this one, you have to pay)
